    Please don't shoot the messenger.It's a fact......volume up and price going down,bad news AND as I've posted before
    a) There are numerous ways of interpretating charts.
    b) Charts often become correct only in retrospect.
    c) CHARTS ARE JUST PLAIN WRONG.
    d) Fundamentals rule Technicals...Technicals DO NOT rule Fundamentals.

    PS cnp now down 3.5 cents on todays hi......not my fault!!
