The CDPHE's determination that ablation requires a milling license "clears the pathway forward and the market has confidence that Glasier can move forward"? Seriously?
What happened to "If you want to kill this process, require a mill license,” he (George Glasier) told the commissioners. “If (the CDPHE) determines that this needs a mill license, this technology is dead."
