Debono, this has to be one of the best and most commonsense replies I have read in recent times. Thumbs up from me. You obviously know what you are talking about and from the sound of it, you may have learnt from the school of hard knocks along the way.
I have definitely made that fatal mistake of buying and selling too early and/or, too often. I made it with LYC and ARU last year. Trying to avoid doing the same with PEK this year!
Like you, I follow the fundamentals at the macro and micro level, then make a decision to buy, or not. With TA, the only one I follow is when the line on the chart goes from the lower left hand corner towards the upper right hand corner! The only Bollinger I know, like yourself and Patsy from 'Absolutely Fabulous', is a rather nice drop of champers. plus the bowler for Australia!
As for this Fibonnaci (bet I spelt that wrong), I get the feeling he would have been on 1st name terms with Leonardo De Vinci.
Sometimes, people want to read want they want to read into their TA. The comment by Farlaigh sums it up perfectly - which is probably why he can appear regularly on 'Dragon's Den' - i.e. he knows what he is talking about.
