Nonsense. The chart he posted shows the Daily MAs converge and then price starts trading above before the move.
BML daily MAs haven't converged and price remains below the 200d MA. If the MAs tighten up and price trades above and finds support above in conjunction with a higher top, then we can expect 16c to offer more resistance. Past that point its a fair bet.
