If they have acquired the shares from CNP you are exactly right. If so, this will be the trump card that the board has had all along to ensure the aggregation goes through.
Why do you think these shares came from CNP - as opposed to just acquiring them from the market over time?
there has not been any significant volume in cer for a long time.
