It is likely that Kairos (second largest shareholder) is selling out. The started to dump shares earlier this month. Question is who is buying. TCI?? (largest shareholder). They have not shown any interest in buying since Jun-2012 and ususally wait for dips (low 20's)to buy.

Don't understand positive price movement this week, reports are just out that one of the two bidders on Capital Wind Farm has recently backed out. Not a good sign, but frankly not surprising given market exposure on PPA.

Report: RATCH Australia, a subsidiary of Thailand’s Ratchaburi Electricity Generating Holding, has pulled out of the auction of Infigen Energy’s 141 MW Capital wind farm in New South Wales, according to market sources.

Infigen desperately needs to do something to relieve the looming debt crunch on their $1 billion GDF. US sale failed, CWF sale heading that way. What's next?? CWF was considered to be their best option.
