    Lubumbashi office is not likely to be VEC related operations IMO, VEC interests are located in the NE of DRC, Nizi, Kibali etc...

    Lubambashi SE close to Kolwezi therefore I think JB may be more "strategic mineral" focused rather than "precious metal" on this occasion.

    That said, surely news can't be too far off irrespective of his current location!
