I believe that the option volume injected into the market in January is still overhanging the share price. The volume is definitely starting to thin out which tells me we are getting closer to soaking up the loose stock. More good results and I think we may see a couple of instos starting to build a position.
BTW, I also think that things may happen faster than you suggest....just a gut feel.
