Can anyone explain how the crossing prices at open are set? Huge pre-trade crosses which when calculated back as an average weighted price has the banks below critical support levels... i.e. NAB 31.50, CBA 26.50, ANZ 17.50... these average weighted prices didn't appreciate significicantly as the day closed on relataivly low volumes (when you deduct open voleumes that is)..
