volume & price data during the day?

I get end of day data in a text file that contains Open, high, low, close and VOLUME.

Does anyone know of a service where I can get this live DURING a trading session - or 20 minute delay is fine.

Must be in a SINGLE text file format so that I can load into my database here - not a feed that updates multiple files for each stock.
