Don't really think I'm of much help analyser. My software allows me to set all my own filters, as it sounds as if your does. (The Market Analyser - funnily enough!! And if I paid for live data on that, it would probably give what you are looking for, but I only pay for end of day data. The software package is about 12 grand - and live data about $110 per month. As I get all my live data from Commsec, I save on those monthly fees by getting end of day technical updates only) For my live data and intra day charting I use Commsec's pro trader (platinum) to keep up with prices, market depth and the like, but I don't profess to be a computer guru, so I'm not sure of the 'single file' system you are looking for.
Maybe someone with higher level computer skills will be able to make a suggestion - based on what you are saying you need.
