Thanks Rakia, the single file I am after at any time during the day is exactly the same as the end of day one that we can get for free from comsec at the end of the day - ie
Open, High, Low, Close, Volume
(ie 'close' is price at time of upload during the day)
Issue is likely the overhead to consolidate to a single file at any time of the day.
I use ezycharts/ezyanalyser and get end of day data. I can get data during the day but if updates each file for each stock code. I could write a program to read each file and merge the latest record into a single file - but would have to pay more also for the interim day update and it is substantially more. Might do this if no other easy solution to just give me a file.
