    I don't think we will see any real action until the PA proposal gets up (which it defintely will, just a matter of time)

    then.... my prediction only....

    A "scheme of arrangement" attempt to privatise VRL and lock in the recurring value of the movie portfolio (& AEO stake + exihibiton + parks) at a big discount to true value.. ?
