Hi gbiskup,

The price is rising because EQN is now close to the 90% of all the shares in Citadel.

Because of the fact that EQN only needs another 1.05% of the shares in Citadel before Compulsary aquistition will start, the market believes now that EQN will get the take-over wrapped up soon.

That why the price in Equinox shares are rising and because that Citadel shares are also rising as the are a means of getting hold onto EQN shares and hereby connected to the EQN shares.

So nothing else to his movement really as a white knight will now stay far away with EQN having basically total control over Citadel now.
