Depends what you call under delivering,yes some time lines havent been met,but when i first bought IPO I thought it was a pure resource play,then out of left field comes salt slag, then press on about silica smelter another one out of left field,NMP when it comes on line another revenue stream that hasnt been calculated into present price way ahead of schedule,from original announcements,and their will be more just watch this space.
