Hmmm ok that's interesting. 6 percent would drop a further 56 million off the valuation bringing us back to 90 million net assets and a NTA of 62.5 cents which is pretty brutal. You would also have to wonder at what point the debt starts to become an issue if the valuations decrease by that level?
