I read this article too along with the accompanying piece towards the front of the paper. I think we probably need to factor in a 15 percent decrease in NTA as a good "mid point" that isn't overly bearish. We are also well and truly in the category of the "newer and greener" office stock that gets referenced in the article you've attached. I still think we've got 2.5 good assets they were just unfortunately purchased at the top of the market and are a bit stuck in a REIT set up that lacks the scale to be considered relevant to the market. I was thinking the potential capital raisings this article mentions may occur at TOT as the manager could use the opportunity to expand the funds under management.
