An interesting part to keep in mind with TOT is that SOL actually own 7 percent of the company after the URB merger (that investment is unfortunately looking worse and worse over time even if the initial underlying assets actually performed well). Considering all the lending they are now doing they may play a part in any kind of capital raise that needs to happen (similar to what they've just done with RFG). I think it's time for the REITS to come out and give guidance on how much they expect their assets to decrease. The uncertainty is the killer at the moment and TOT is being priced for a catastrophe whereas we might just have a moderate correction on our hands.
