We definitely bought at the absolute top of the cycle which is disappointing however I keep falling back to the 3 assets (or really 2.5 as one is a half share) being A grade which has to give us some insulation from the worst of the potential crash. We're not going to get stuck with empty buildings it's just the cap rate they were bought at which is a real killer.
