I have the following concerns about TOT
1.. Rental income for the Forrest and Cremorne properties have rental guarantees from the developer which expire soon The Forrest property will be interesting to see how it they can fill the 46 per cent left over An update to the market of any lease signed would be appreciated
2. The debt covenant is 50 per cent ratio. Given the current market in offices - .will TOT need to do a capital raise?
3. At the last half yearly report TOT stated they had no debt hedging .
4..it does not appear that TGP is creeping up the register even at the current cheap share price.
The buildings TOT have look pretty new and well located though. Great dividend if it can be maintained too.
