Yeah something is different with the recent improved but small volume. Someone has been buying high 8s and perhaps they put the lower bids in to coax sellers into the 250k buy at 9. If you take all the dummies away then buy volume is almost zero which may tighten the sellers hold or force the price into half cent territory.
