True, and PYC is a pretty low profile company, so 80% of the net buying over the last year (and 95% of this month's net buying) coming from one broker does suggest some person or entity knows something and is loading up, especially since the beginning of November. The one buyer and one seller scenario is basically what @Surges has been saying is happening for a while. Hope he turns out to be correct, and signs are pointing towards that being the case.
