So what can it mean...?
Virtually all of the recent downtrend has occured with low volume on a daily basis. So today's volume, with negligible price movement, strengthens the thought that this has hit bottom. IMHO its likely to bounce around here for a while in absence of news updates. One whiff and ..... back to $2!
