I do NOT believe in the risk of being taken over by FQ, coz:
a) FQ have had plenty of cheap opp`s in the past and always kept their holding range rather stable
b) my understanding is from the view of FQ AVM is a differantly positioned outfit and they dwell better in their strategic frameworks to keep AVM independent for the benefit of both.
c) all the efforts on the reorg. does not makes any sense in case a TO would be planed in the short/medium term
