Anyone know why there would be trade before the cap return?...

    Anyone know why there would be trade before the cap return? Suppose people want their money early but dont mind taking a loss if they were holders back in the consolidation days (10:1)....any views on this one? Thinking about averaging down after the Rtrn of Cap. on 73/k. Wonder what the trade price would be....make 7c-8c.. in a hundred, point out for a quarter one side......
