I have a gut feeling that once we push above 18c the much mooted "N listing" will quickly follow suit - the price will then just about right or those long awaited ADR's.
Not much else holding back the listing and once done we should see some nice gains. A lot of advance accumulation has been taking place in PRR and one get the feeling that a decent run is imminent.
