If you work back through the notices it is evident that this is Start Up Australia selling their remaining shares. On 12 May 2011 they sold 60 million shares taking their holding down to 28,364,866 shares. Then in Dec 2011 they sold down a further 15,000,000 and ceased to be a substantial shareholder. By my calcs this left them with 13,364,866 shares which matches up to the number of shares crossed today (200,000 difference). Many ways of looking at this - positive is that this is the removal of an overhang of stock. (We all know that Start Australia Investment Funds have finite timeframes). A negative could be that they dont like the technology or something along those lines. My view is that they need to liquidate some time in the near future, and that timeframe does not coincide with the long timframes associated with a drug development company like BNO.
