just remember the cap raising was mainly to inject comparable funds to the grant received from Germany,that was part of the agreement.I am positive Prima needed to maintain their cash on hand for cvac research on ovarian cancer for the people who had invested solely for that purpose.
No doubt cap raising wasn't a success and probabley ill advised at the time but the reality is that it happened and we have to live with it.
