the 30 VWAP period has begun for the issue of the $1.6M in convertible notes at 40% discount - either way it has a big impact so just pleased that someone is buying & trying to make that price at least a bit better ?
I'd like to think something else is behind the scenes but really I just expect it is as above. Anyway note conversion is "on or about 25th November" - can't wait to be rid of the damn things.
