I assumed he was referring to the previous data already released, and since others had posted emails from management, that it would be ok to do so again. But perhaps he was subtly hinting at positive results coming soon. Combined with the high volume today and the fact that the same thing happened on the Friday prior to the Onyx announcement...I wouldn't be surprised to see an announcement tomorrow morning to coincide with the send out of the RI letters :)
