Philosophy completed a large clinical 
efficacy study using OBJ’s powered 
technology during 2013. 
In response to the outcomes, Philosophy 
and OBJ are currently negotiating a 
Product Development Agreement.

By my calculations, the Director's Performance Rights were issued on 25/11/2011 (AGM Results) with a 3 year expiry date, giving a deadline for 1 or even all 3 of the following:

(a) - 6 million performance rights to vest subject to the execution of an agreement to design & develop commercial product(s) utilising the Company's technologies (Milestone 1):

(b) - 6 million performance rights to vest subject to the satisfaction of the regulatory requirements necessary for the Company to offer a product of it's own design and development to the market either directly or through partners (Milestone 2); and

(a) - 6 million performance rights to vest subject to the commercial release of a product utilising the Company's technology (Milestone 3).

Looks like our Director's can hit Milestone 1 with an announcement by either Coty, P&G or GSK......Will our Directors's pull off a coup and hit all 3 by 25/11/2014?

That's 18,000,000 shares each if they can make this incredible achievement, but Milestone 1 would be a great start 'as soon as they possibly can'!
