The fact the judge hasn't ruled. Now we have this matter being passed to the police. 21 MPs I'm thinking did labor break the rules to win at all costs ? Why has this taken so long to be handed to the police ? And if the judge rules in favour and his decision is damning of the government then surely it's game over ??

You can't help but looks at the rules of business and how in my opinion the labor party have pissed all over the rights of investors not just LKO but other companies and their investors around infrastructure projects. It seemed that they had no care for the law or people's rights. Moreover it appears in my opinion they acted abritrarily and here we have another possible example of complete disregard for the election rules but to a level not seen before. Bill shorten will be bricking it I'm sure of that. Wonder if Turnbull would go for another snap election if labor nose dived in the national polls ?
