Hi all, It is hard to use TA with any degree of accuracy on stocks like NMS which are largely news driven. The weekly and daily charts show that the SP is declining after a recent move up. Not unexpected as it was traded up. Daily actually shows a monor consolidation which also is verified by the weekly chart showing a fall in the Volatility ratio Schwager. Low volatility ratios are usually accompanied by sharp SP moves either up or down. In this case no news after some time will result in a SP decline increasing volatility. On the other hand positive news will see a re rating upwardsand a volatility increase. I am one who thinks the odds are that we will get some positive news.
