It is obvious that VCR are expecting things to move very quickly in the very near future and are ensuring that they have everything in place when the green light comes on and the orders start rolling in.

Not a great stock for technical analysis, but I will be keenly watching volume every day from now on as the people in the know will start buying in when the time is right.
