I don't think so (unfortunately), BRL seemed pretty defiant to fight this until then end. Regardless of the court outcome (still a few months away), I doubt any monies will be changing hands till next year, but yes, ultimately it would be in the best interest of both L&M and BRL to settle this out of court.
I note there has been no buy back notice yet again (should have been posted by now), so there have been no buy backs since May...
