so why would it be in the best interest for L&M to settle out of court...........they believe they have an excellent case which has already been proven right through the high court.
During the whole court case process your posts showed very little understanding of what was happening.......you even said more than once "BRL are sure to win"
So why would it be in L & M best interest to settle out of court......apart from wishful thinking
