    Because they could receive $40m today, maybe a part of it being BRL shares (that will soon be paying dividends at a likely double digit yield at the current price) and that could soon double in price vs the alternative: spending more in legal fees (with no cash flow coming in to pay for this) to MAYBE (yes, it is still a maybe xman, winning already doesn't count for much but it helps a tough) receiving $70m that won't be for another 6 months at least?

    I know which is the less risky option and likely higher rewarding option long term! (If BRL are the ones willing to negotiate that is..)
