rsah, thanks for your detailed reply. I'm always prepared to change my mind - that's partly why I read comments on Hot Copper - but before being swayed by an argument I also always try to check for supporting evidence. In your case, there is evidence that contradicts what you say, namely the last word in your last entry: "Held".
