so means 2 got together and know each other very well & trust each other
MD & AF/BMM

Only 2 holders have that amount of shares BMM & AF
Both of their actions as substantial holders have been very puzzling.

BMM made an informal t/o 2018 then took 19.9% then backed out of the CN & took $25M cash instead

AF was founder & chairman & $20M lender then sold down way below prior his buys & ignoring it since 2018. AF was selling at 7.5c at Christmas time, he capped the stock as it rode a high wave to 9.7 and was to go to 12.5. Then he stopped,

those sells were a total disaster financially for him as the SP flew to 14.0 almost double that sell, his investment team shown to be total dunces & a backstab to PH the CEO & all of us LTHs who he made at the 2012 AGM great promises.

I guess if you sell at 7.5 why not sell at 9.5c like AF did.
I guess if you dont want to buy at 8c or even CN at 9.1c why not sell at 9.5c like BMM did?

Means MD wants POS shares in bulk from BMM/AF & one of the latter want out.
