accumulaters looking for 4.5 -6.5 as no one really selling down here at 3 year lows imho.
looks like real sellers absent and this 340M shares issued are all HELD LONG as not many flipping frogs since issuance.
Volume is escalating.
Wonder what volume here when NP hits 15.00 & POS announces the $50M cash/credit & offtake soonish?
