All shareholders would be required to vote on a Scheme of Arrangement method of takeover.
A Hostile takeover would run differently and highly unlikely here.
If a takeover is approved by shareholders, then yes, we are handed the money in exchange for our shares and its game over.
It has been written here on other POS threads as to why a takeover is less likely due to the presence of AF and BMM on the register and their effective blocking stake.
