TB, your last man standing adage doesn't stack up.
POS is currently on it's knees and as Brendonski points out, lacks the fat in the SP.
Any further CR's will lead to massive dilution, until NP is looking healthy again it is a dead duck.
I would like POS to succeed at some stage but recent developments paint a bleak picture.
Your overtures are falling on mostly deaf ears.
