Noor, I've always wondered how concentrators that had so much money spent on them under C&M, requires another $50-60m to bring them online again with a 12 month lead time. Makes you question whether any money was actually dedicated to Care & Maintenance. Or did all that money just pay for the tarps that protected them from the dust and weather? And as TB suggests, these were basically brand new when POS acquired them.
