Maybe its the Lithium, the Ni drill hits, the massive assets & MILLS POS has, the new CEO, the old chairmen, the FED support & grants incoming, the oversell rebound or Ni bulls realising NP is UP 5% last week and they shoulda invested in POS instead of PAN.
