It might be India that builds out more so than China. In a recent money of mines interview, the guy being interviewed had recently been to India. The most common bill boards there were for the different types of steel to purchase. Have also, read, India right now, is where China was in early 2000's.....A very big population moving from poverty to middle class, and an economy on the move.
