Since 2008 they have been promising and developing, it was supposed to be AFAFs pet project with hand picked staff then he backstabbed us and PH and sold out instead cashburning $1,200M on duds with NO MILL BLACK HOLES, Noront and MCR as I stated at the time.
Now AFAF has lost his mojo and his loyal believers suxed in to very bad advisers & the woke jetflying Billionaire crowd and forgotten his roots and the family farm.

AFAF backstabbed not only DS PH but his mates CI RF NH also who he had handpicked for this project. What do you think they will do now, listen to AFAF who just lost $1,200M cash on nothing?

years ago i likened it to a heritage hotel project like the Treasury Project in Perth central that was abandoned and rundown for 30 years but now pumping 6 star hotel worth $2B at $800 per night rooms in smack bang city centre.

Similarly, POS have built a massive project and mass producer in waiting and waiting and waiting and the owners keep repainting, renovating, putting in more rooms paying for great managers and concierges but not opening but they got NO DEBT and the price others thinks its worth are IRRELEVANT to it.
One agent says its worth $20M another says its worth $3,000M and the neighbouring property Nova is worth $4B and revenues of $300Mpa yet smaller and less rooms and paint.

Its like the New York case against Trump over Mari Lago valuations.
The democrat Judge says its worth $50M & so Trump gets a $300M fine but the banks say its worth $3,000M and the neighbours sold theirs for $4,000M way smaller than Mari Lago.

Who cares what the lowballers or the Judge thinks, its the value on opening to the owners & Banks that matter & the owners keep on buying and buying and buying the stock all the way down ignoring the Judge and the lowballers. The initial Judges & lowballers view will get overturned on appeal and in future & suddenly its worth market price again.

Wasnt it PH who stated POS was a "SCREAMING BUY" when it was at 4.30c?
