Pop quiz for LT students: Remember how much CI and DS paid to Norilsk for LJ (late-2014) and BS (early-2015), including their respective rehab. liabilities? Think of those amounts as a baseline gross starting point (i.e. before liquidator costs).
(Forget any monies thrown into those assets in the meantime. They're sunk costs and will mean zilch.)
