Let me be blunt : WA (Wild West) is notorious for long delays and cost blow out. In WA, every Tom, Dick and Harry has signed a mining lease and listed a company. Some of them have listed more than 2 or three companies just for fun & have no intention ever to do anything. I don't want to name, but several 100s of them in WA.
