imho, a firm offtake agreement, or a sign of one will lift the share price. That would be a signal of confidence in future production.

i'd like to see the offtaker take some equity interest as well. This may also reduce downward pressure on price caused in part, by expectations of a future capital raise in equity from current holders.

I expect such an agreement needs to be finalised prior to a board decision to commence production. This is due mid - calendar 2022.

Meanwhile the SP seems to be capped for no apparent reason. This is consistent with no information leaks from potential offtaker's.
