Let us all stop with the conspiracy theory crap. We have our own resident @tomboy for that (luv ya mate), but even he isn't crowing from the mountains on this one. Even the dumbest directors in a public company know that something like that would be totally illegal and they would not be attempting to do that at all.
Will they attempt a take over? IMO almost certainly. And that is why they have the new clean mountain vehicle, in the USA, with no doubt some strong promised backing. Expect good days ahead.
If I were a betting person (I am unfortunately), I would see AF taking a stronger position or a T/O with FMG itself.
